This magnificent piece is part of a series of resins taken from the poster made for the exhibition The Imaginary Museum (1979). The Maharaja of Rawhajpoutalah, accompanied by his youngest son, wears a bright pink silk suit and a turban adorned with a jewel and a feather. The elegant sovereign rules an imaginary kingdom located on the border of Tibet. In Cigars of the Pharaoh, he will help Tintin to dismantle the drug trafficking carried out by the members of the Kih-Oskh. This piece thus joins the other characters as well as the mythical objects already contained in this series.
