Mark Anthony sculpted this prop, being sure to include each and every detail of the Billy Puppet. It has a foam head covered in latex and wears Billy's signature suit complete with the bowtie. It also comes with red shoes and white gloves. The puppet is fully posable thanks to a wire frame inside the polyfoam body.

The prop is roughly 47 inches from head to toe.
